Important Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy Information
Visitors travelling with the luxury of reserved accommodations will be guaranteed the reservation upon receipt of their deposit.
Deposits made MORE THAN 15 days prior to arrival are payable by check or money order.
Cedit card deposits are accepted ONLY for reservations MADE 14 OR LESS DAYS prior to arrival.
Deposits reserve the first night of your stay OR if your stay is for more than one night,
  the LAST NIGHT, IN THE EVENT OF EARLY CHECKOUT.
Deposits for reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a $20 reprocessing fee.
Deposits for reservations cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival are non-refundable, unless the room can be re-booked.
Our best advice is not to make your reservation until you are sure you are coming,
although we try our best to accommodate "unanticipated circumstances."
